You can use this electronic confirmation number to go straight to the ticket kiosk to redeem your tickets. Your Universal Orlando ticket confirmation number will be emailed to each guest after purchase. Guests can always call our office during normal operating hours if traveling within 24 hours to expedite their ticket order.
On Saturdays and Sundays (9:00 AM-2:00 PM) your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. All orders received during normal hours Mon-Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) will be processed within a few hours. We pride ourselves on fast customer service.
